Call for Board of Directors Volunteers

 

Dear Tortolita Vistas Homeowners,

 

The Tortolita Vistas Homeowners Association is seeking committed and enthusiastic volunteers to serve on our Board of Directors. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community and help shape the Association's future.

 

Board Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing the affairs of the Association in accordance with the Bylaws
Attending regular and special meetings
Acting in the best interests of all homeowners

Eligibility:
Candidates must be current Members of the Association.

 

Board Structure and Terms:
The Board of Directors consists of three (3) elected members. For this election:

Two (2) directors will serve a one-year term
One (1) director will serve a two-year term

This structure establishes a staggered Board for continuity. The number of votes received will determine the terms. At each subsequent annual meeting, members will elect directors to replace those whose terms have expired, with all future terms lasting two (2) years.
